Part
Time Position - Order Entry Administrator .
This is a part time position with flexible hours Monday through
Friday. Job duties include: process Purchase Orders, verify
if the Purchase Order is “new” or “confirming”; proof read
pertinent documents; enter data into manufacturing software
to create Sales Order and bar-coded router; inform customer
of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any
additional information needed by customer if necessary; consults
with sales, technical, shipping, production, and/or administrative
staff and telephones, writes or faxes letters to answer or
advise customer; communicates with customer and delivery personnel
to verify delivery of product; edits orders received for price
and nomenclature; compares customer purchase order requirements
with Iowa Laser quote.
